Please note that this return policy is strictly applicable to online purchases made on our website www.twentytees.com. If you purchased any Twenty  items from a different outlet than www.twentytees.com, the return, exchange and refund policy may vary.

Returns will not be accepted without our prior approval. Please contact us directly by

emailing at info@twentytees.com

We will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund. Please note that we can only replace the item for the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.

We accept returns 15 days after delivery. Returned products should not have been worn, washed or used. Do not discard any packaging or invoices until you are completely satisfied with the products shipped. Items returned without the original packaging may be refused.

Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. In case of defective items or items sent in error, Twenty will offer a Fedex collection free of charge.

All our products are sold with our 30-day guarantee against defects. Faulty goods will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

We highly recommend that returns should be shipped insured, as www.twentytees.com assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Please save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us.

All sales items are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges.
